The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Circle Pines rose by $40,100 while total sales decreased by 58.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,000 – a 25.1% increase over the $159,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Circle Pines in the first quarter of 2016.
