Chisago County recognizes employee anniversaries for April and May

Chisago County announced on May 1 the recognition of numerous employees marking work anniversaries in April and May.

The announcement highlights the dedication and service of county staff across various departments, acknowledging their years of commitment to serving Chisago County residents.

In April, employees reaching milestones include Marsha C., Child Support Officer, with 31 years of service; Jim M., Division Sergeant in the Sheriff’s Office, with 18 years; Bill G., Senior Social Worker, also with 18 years; and Andrew M., Captain in the Sheriff’s Office, who has served for 17 years. Several other staff members from different departments are recognized for their contributions ranging from one to fifteen years.

For May anniversaries, Bruce L., Highway Maintenance Supervisor, is recognized for forty years of service. Other notable milestones include Heidi W., Database Administrator/Compliance Auditor, with thirty-two years; Heather S., Social Worker, at thirty years; Heather P., Investigation Administrative Assistant, celebrating twenty-five years; and Michelle L., Deputy Sheriff, who has served twenty-one years. Additional employees across public safety dispatching, social services, corrections, maintenance operations and administration are acknowledged for their continued work spanning from one to twenty-one years.

The county expressed appreciation by stating: “Thank you all for your years of hard work you provide for our residents of Chisago County. You are greatly appreciated!”

Recognizing employee anniversaries serves as a reminder of the importance that experienced staff play in delivering consistent services within local government. The county’s acknowledgment underscores its commitment to valuing long-term contributions among its workforce.
