The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Castle Rock fell by $27,500 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $215,000 – a 11.3% decrease over the $242,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Castle Rock in the first quarter of 2016.
